Supplying Within the Rules Our Customers Work To

Textile, paper and home care buyers work to restricted substance lists, brand audits and import regulations. Products are selected and documented so they can be presented to those programmes without a separate investigation.
Our Position

A Supplier's Responsibility, Stated Plainly

DIA International supplies colourants — it does not manufacture them. Responsibility here means what a supplier can genuinely control: which grades are offered, what is declared about them, and how they are packed, handled and documented.

Claims on this page are limited to what can be evidenced on request. Where a programme, certificate or declaration is not yet in place, it is marked as such rather than implied.

Our Commitments

Four Things We Hold Ourselves To

Practical commitments a buyer can verify — not statements of intent.

Responsible Sourcing

Grades bought from manufacturers who can supply specification, safety and compliance documentation for what they make.

Product Compliance

Declarations against customer restricted substance lists and destination regulations, within the limits of supplier data.

Documentation & Traceability

Batch identification on every consignment, with TDS, SDS and certificates of analysis retrievable against it.

Safe Handling

Packing, labelling and transport documentation prepared to the hazard classification of the product supplied.

Explore Our Product Range

Status is shown honestly — in place, available on request, or not yet held. Replace the bracketed entries with your certificate numbers.

Safety Data Sheets

GHS-format SDS supplied with every grade, in the language the destination requires where available.

Technical Data Sheets

Specification, application range and handling guidance for each product supplied.

Certificate of Analysis

Batch-wise analysis issued against the consignment reference when required.

Customer RSL Declarations

Declarations against your restricted substance list, limited to what manufacturer data supports.

[REACH]

Add registration or declaration status for EU-bound supply, with the registration number if held.

[ISO 9001 / GOTS / ZDHC]

Add certificate numbers, issuing body and validity, or remove the entries you do not hold.

Documents are shared on request against a company enquiry — email info@thediainternational.com with the grade and destination market.
Product Stewardship

Grades Chosen to Waste Less in the Process

The largest environmental effect of a colourant is felt in the customer’s process, not in the drum. Product selection and dosage guidance are given with that in mind, within our technical scope.

"A declaration we cannot evidence is not a declaration we will sign."

How compliance requests are handled
Responsible Operations

Storage, Packing and Transport

What happens to the product between the manufacturer’s gate and yours.

Storage

Stock held dry, segregated by product family, with batch identity retained from receipt to dispatch.

Packing

25 kg bags, drums and liquid packs labelled to hazard classification, with export packing to buyer specification.

Transport

Shipping documentation prepared for the classification of the goods and coordinated with established forwarders.
What We Ask Upstream

Requirements on Our Own Suppliers

A declaration to a customer is only as good as the data behind it, so the same questions are put to the manufacturers we buy from.
